Development for change of use from a Retail Commercial to Residential for Commercial in Units 8A & 10C located on the ground floor of Hibernia Building to 2 No. 3 bedroom apartments and associated landscape works. Minor alterations were carried out to the existing elevations, the introduction of a private garden for each residential unit by removal of existing roof lights and introduction of a south facing garden and partially glazed wall to the rear of each unit.
