Category A, office fit-out to 3 No. Ground Floor Units in the Hibernia Building. This project largely entailed co-ordination between the Mechanical & Electrical fit out as well as Builders Works. The contract was based on a Performance Specification. This entailed designing the M&E items in accordance with the Aurp Consulting specification. Works were also carried out to the basement including insulation, line marking & new crash barriers.
